SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
We currently ship to the United States only. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 10-12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Lost or Stolen Packages
GrindAndRoll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at grindandrollbusiness@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at grindandrollbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
