SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States and internationally, including Mexico. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 10-12 business days
- Mexico: 10-15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. For international orders, including Mexico, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 USD applies.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders (outside the United States) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery. GrindAndRoll has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GrindAndRoll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at grindandrollbusiness@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at grindandrollbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
